Brand: Bang & Olufsen

A personalised modular sound system, that introduced a new product category for audio. With a balance of sound reproduction and dampening, it is an active modifier of the visual and auditory character of the room.

Role: Concept & Design lead

Brand: Clever a/s

A fast-charging experience for the electric vehicle, which creates a space for also recharging its' passengers. In collaboration with COBE architects, the design communicates Clever's values and mission, while eliminating sensory noise with the use of nature and abstacted elements. This 'Meaningful Break' creates a temporal distortion to negate the time factor, that is present in EV charging.

Brand: Clever a/s

An interactive  design tool for maintaining consistency of experience throughout the EV charging ecosystem. Allowing Clever a/s to reduce the risk of  fragmenting the customer experience with decentralised design teams. Together with a design system, the  framework ensures brand consistency in designing solutions to reenforce  brand identity during interactions along the user journey.

Brand: BK Medical a/s

An evolution in diagnostic healthcare. The BK Specto is the result of medical device expertise and design-thinking. An ultrasound scanner that is designed for Urology professionals with an intuitive onboarding process, dynamic customisation possibilities, sightless-navigation, and an easy clean surface.

Role: Concept & Design lead

  • Turnaround between sessions reduced to minutes
  • Hero product that influenced portfolio roadmap

Damion Bailey
Lead Creative at... forHumans.

I'm not sold on the 'Us vs. the machines' outlook for the future...quite the opposite. My experience has proven that technology can move us forward and enable us to solve challenges that we would otherwise never be able to overcome. But, the key is to keep the focus on imagining our world as it could be rather than rationalising a use case for technology's sake.

This is the value of centering the human element. It is also what drives my passion for leveraging design thinking to solve complex challenges and enhance human experiences for our collective progress.
